Terms

PPPLATZ operates at Senayan Park rooftop, Jl. Gerbang Pemuda No. 3, Jakarta. These terms cover use of our website and facilities.

Check court availability on this website, then book on AYO or contact our team on WhatsApp. For gym classes, academy sessions and coaching, arrange your visit with our team. An enquiry does not confirm a reservation; wait for confirmation from the booking channel or our team.

Bookings made through AYO follow AYO’s booking and payment policies. Ask the team about availability and prices before confirming your visit.

For cancellation, rescheduling or refund questions, contact PPPLATZ customer service on WhatsApp (0811-2552-515). For an AYO booking, the applicable AYO policy also applies.

Please arrive on time, wear appropriate footwear and follow staff instructions. Respect other guests and the facilities. Tell our team about any concern that may affect safe participation.

Contact PPPLATZ on WhatsApp with questions about these terms. Read our Privacy policy for information about personal data.
