Court and class slots are pay online to confirm. Choosing a slot places a temporary hold; the slot is only reserved once Midtrans confirms your payment. Confirmation comes from our payment webhook — not from your browser — so if your connection drops mid-payment, the booking still completes.

An unpaid hold expires automatically and the slot is released back to everyone else.

To cancel or reschedule, contact us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your slot. There is no self-service cancellation in the app.

Approved refunds are processed manually back to your original payment method. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and no-shows, forfeit the booking.

Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah per court-hour and may vary by day and time. The amount you are charged is always the figure shown at checkout.

A class reservation is one seat and is non-transferable. Capacity is enforced at booking time — when a class is full, it is full. To book for more than one person, book again or message us.

Please arrive on time, wear appropriate footwear on court, and follow staff instructions. We may end a session without refund for unsafe behaviour or damage to the facilities.
