Who handles your data

What we collect
Our forms may collect your name, WhatsApp number, email address and the details you provide about your enquiry or event. Booking records may include the activity, date, time, party size, amount and booking or payment status. Please share only information needed for your request.
If you use an optional account, we also store the details and preferences you provide, sign-in information and links to your bookings. Passwords and sign-in codes are stored as hashes. Google sign-in provides account identification details; it does not give us access to your Gmail or Drive.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange and manage visits, maintain booking records and provide account features you use. Service providers may process information on our behalf to host the website and database or deliver service messages. We do not sell your personal information.
Booking channels
If you book through AYO or contact us through WhatsApp, that service’s own privacy policy also applies. We do not ask for card numbers, PINs or payment OTPs in our enquiry forms.
Storage and retention
The website runs on Vercel and our database is hosted on Neon. These providers may process data outside Indonesia. We retain information as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting our team on WhatsApp. Account deletion removes account details and sign-in methods; booking and accounting records may be retained where required.
Cookies
Essential cookies support sign-in sessions and security. Our website also includes a Google Maps embed and links to external services, which have their own privacy practices.
